The reason I’m researching this typology is because on my site I would
like to create a place where I can bring people together and create a
connection with the people of downtown Manhattan.

are you goals for working with this building type? The goals for working with this
building type is create an atmosphere where people can come to and enjoy
performances from musicians or up and coming musicians.

What are the program elements that you see included at this point in
your building? (may evolve once more research is done).
At this point the program element I see are an Atrium, Lobby, restrooms,
restaurants, bar, back staging, an outdoor public seating, booths, and
connection to the York Station subway line.
